Take the register with no signal.
BenoEdu runs registers, marks, report cards, fees and texts to parents for Liberian schools — on a teacher’s phone, the office computer or the lab PCs, whether the line is up or not.
Built in Monrovia for schools in all fifteen counties. Free for attendance and the gradebook, on every plan.

No signal. Saved to the school box.
Every county has days the line is down. School still runs.
A small computer inside the school keeps the school’s own copy of everything. Phones and laptops reach it over the school Wi-Fi, which costs nothing, and it carries the whole school to the internet on one connection instead of sixty phones each paying by the megabyte.
Wi-Fi only, no internet needed
A teacher in the staff room takes the register and enters marks. It saves to the box over the school network, so nobody pays for data or waits for a line.
One connection for the whole school
When the line is up, the box sends what every device gave it and fetches what changed. A week offline is queued, not lost.
It says how up to date it is
A box that has not reached the internet since Tuesday still works, and says so. Two days behind, devices with their own data go straight to the cloud.
A box passes work along. It never decides who gets in.
It cannot sign anybody in, set a password or show more than the person asking could already see. A Raspberry Pi or the old desktop in the office is enough, and nothing on it is reachable from the internet.
Everything a school runs on, from the first bell to the end of term.
Laid out so a teacher finds their way around it on the first morning. Registers, marks, quizzes and payments save on the device and send later, so the connection never decides whether the day happens.

Every paid plan comes with a free trial: 30 days.
Pick the plan, and your school runs on it for 30 days with its real limits and every feature on, plus 100 text messages to prove the parent texting to yourself. No card. If you stay, you pay by the term; if you leave, the free plan keeps your registers and marks.
Pay the way schools pay.
Bank transfer or mobile money, once a term, when the fees come in. Extra texts are bought in blocks that never expire. Upgrading mid-term charges only the difference and keeps your renewal date, so the two calendars never drift apart.
